Shipping charge applies to the international orders. The consumer tax is exluded for international orders.

Domestic Orders (Japan):
Since our products are mostly handmade, pieces you receive are slightly different from what you see on the pictures on this web.
For that reason, even the orders within Japan, we will not accept any returns for reasons such as "The product looks different from the photos."
If you are still returning for that reason, we have to charge you the shipping fees to and fro.
If The goods are damaged, please let us know within 5 days of the receipt of the goods.
International Orders:
For internatinal orders, we don't accept returns.
If the goods you receive are seriosly damaged, please send us the pictures of them within 5 days from the receipt of the goods.
We will discuss what to do with it.
