The Membership Agreement
This English version of the Membership Agreement is prepared for reference purpose only.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions,
the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article I (Member)
1. A "Member" is any individual that has agreed with the Membership Agreement and has been registered as an AFRICANSQUARE member in accordance with the predetermined procedures.

2. The "Information about Members" is the information disclosed by the Members themselves to AFRICANSQUARE operated by AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD, JAPAN as well as historical data regarding the transactions of members.

3. The Membership Agreement applies to all the members and should be strictly followed during the registration and after the registration.


Article II (Registration)
1. Member qualification
Any individual who has agreed to these rules and applied for membership according to the prescribed procedure will be granted membership upon completion of the specified
registration procedure. Membership registration must be done by an individual who wishes to become a Member. Registration by proxy is not permitted.
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD reserves the right to deny membership to individuals whose membership has been revoked in the past or those who for any reason are deemed unqualified for membership by AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD.

2. Entering Member Data
When registering for membership, the registrant must correctly enter the required information in the online form after having carefully read the instructions.

3. Management of the Member ID and password
(1)You are solely responsible for managing the member ID and password that you used to register on AFRICANSQUARE site. AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD bears no liability for the management thereof.
(2)The Member agrees to maintain his/her user ID and password without disclosing it to any third party and shall be responsible for taking necessary measures such as changing
his/her user ID and password on a regular basis.
(3)It is prohibited to transfer, sell, loan, or take similar actions with your member ID or password.
(4) Upon confirmation via the prescribed method that the user ID and password entered matches those that have been registered by the Member,
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD shall regard such access to have been made by the said Member and shall not be held liable for any damage arising from any unauthorized use of the user ID and password of Member or for any other reasons.


Article III (Changes to the Registered Information)
When there are any changes to his/her registered information, the Member shall immediately update his/her registration.
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD shall not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of the failure of the Member to update his/her registration information.
Any Transactions completed before making changes to the registration information will be based on the prior information provided by the Member.
The Member is responsible for directly contacting Mangorobe to notify it of any changes to his/her registration information if necessary.


Article IV (Cancellation of Membership)
Any Member who wishes to cancel his/her membership must delete his/her Member data him/herself. Membership will be cancelled upon completion of the prescribed cancellation procedure.


Article V (Suspension of Services and Cancellation of Membership
1. AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD reserves the right to suspend the use of services by a specific Member, change his/her user ID and password, or cancel his/her membership without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Member due to such action.
(1) The Member violates the law or any of These and Other Rules.
(2) The Member abuses any of the services.
(3) The security of the Member must be ensured in certain circumstances such as when an incorrect password is entered consecutively in excess of the specified number of times a password can be reentered.
(4) In any other circumstances that the Company deems such action necessary.


Article VI (Privacy Policy)
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD does not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent of the Member.


Article VII (Prohibited Activities)
When using AFRICANSQUARE, the Member agrees not to:
(1) violate public laws, these and other rules.
(2) harm the rights, interests, or reputation of AFRICANSQUARE, or third parties;
(3) engage in activities that may cause mental and physical harm to minors, or offend public order and morals;
(4) engage in activities that cause a nuisance or offend other users or third parties;
(5) provide false information;
(6) send or post any harmful computer programs or e-mail messages;
(7) illegally access servers or computers of AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD; or
(8) lend or give its user ID and password to a third party or share them with a third party.


Article VIII (Suspension or Cancelation of Service)
In the following cases, AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD may cancel or suspend some or all services without the prior notification to or consent of its members.
(1)If it is unavoidable due to our online operations and administration, such as computer failure, network failure, or maintenance.
(2)It is not feasible to provide the service due to fire, power failure, natural disaster, or force majeure.
(3)AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD is not feasible to continue offering the service due to other unforeseen events.


Article IX (Change or Abolition of Services)
AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD reserves the right to change or abolish the services, in whole or in part, at its discretion.


Article X (Disclaimer)
The Company will not be liable for any damage caused by any system interruption, delay, suspension, or data loss due to connection or computer failure, failure related to
identification of Routed Access, unauthorized access to data, and any other damage caused to the Member relating to the use of the Service.


Article XI (Revision and addition of the Membership Agreement)
The Company may revise and supplement any of these rules and When any revision or supplementation is made to these rules, the new rules will become effective as of the time it is posted on the website of AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD.


Article XII (Applicable Laws, Agreed Jurisdiction)
The Law of Japan shall apply to the establishment, effect, enforcement, and interpretation of this Agreement.
The Saitama District Court shall be the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction by agreement for any disputes arising between AFRICANSQUARE CO LTD and the member regarding the terms of this agreement, as they relate to the use of AFRICANSQUARE site.
